MINIBALL – PAINTBALLING FOR KIDS
Nationwide Paintball has introduced MiniBall, a specially developed paintball experience designed for children as young as 8 years old. Traditionally, younger players were unable to participate in paintball due to state restrictions concerning firearm-style equipment. After recognising how many kids were eager to join the sport, Nationwide Paintball worked closely with regulatory bodies to create a safe, legal, and exciting alternative—leading to the development of MiniBall in Australia.
MiniBall uses custom-designed pump-action paintball guns powered by a strong spring mechanism rather than compressed air. This design allows for an authentic and thrilling experience while keeping the game safe and age-appropriate. Players enjoy the same full-sized outdoor game zones used in regular paintball, complete with themed missions and immersive environments. To ensure safety, all MiniBall participants receive full protective combat gear, follow specially created rules, and play under the guidance of highly trained marshals who supervise every aspect of the event.
MiniBall has become a popular choice for family activities, school excursions, kids’ birthday parties, team-building events, and sporting club outings.
